- You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
4. Products & Pricing
- We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate, and slight variations between the on-screen image and the printed product may occur.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
- All product descriptions, sizes and finishes are provided for general information. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
5. Orders, Billing & Accuracy of Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Payments
Payments on the Site are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorise us (through Razorpay) to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card details on our servers; card and banking information is handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable security standards. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Any delivery timelines shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rjsons.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we will work with you to resolve it.
- As our posters are printed products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect or a wrong item being sent, unless required by law.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text and other content on the Site are the property of RJsons or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our designs without our prior written consent.
10. User Reviews & Submissions
If you submit reviews, ratings, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and confirm it does not violate the rights of any third party. We may, but are under no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine to be unlawful or objectionable.
11. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the Site or its content:
- for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
